The daily prize draws to win £/€50 every hour (9am-7pm) will run from 01.02.21 to 28.03.21. After the core promotional period, there will still be an opportunity to win 1 of 10x £/€50 in each of the 3 late entry draws:
- The first late entry draw period will run between 00.00 on 29.03.21 and midnight on 30.06.21.
- The second late entry draw period will run between 00.00 on 01.07.21 and midnight on 30.09.21.
- The third late entry draw period will run between 00.00 on 01.10.21 and midnight on 31.12.21.
Entries, depending on times will be accepted into the relevant promotional draws detailed. Entries are valid for the applicable draw only and will not roll over.

Entering the daily £/€50 Draw
- What prizes are available to win?
There are 560x £/€50 prizes to be won throughout the promotional period (10 per day for the 56 days of the promotional period) with an additional 30x £/€50 prizes to be won in 3x late entry draws. The prize consists of 1x £/€50 cash prize, fulfilled via BACS bank transfer or cheque.
- How do I enter the promotion?
To enter the promotion, purchase a promotional pack of KitKat® (while stocks last), visit www.kitkat.co.uk and follow the directions on the promotional microsite. Enter your full name, email address, country, county and the 13-digit barcode of your promotional pack to be entered in the daily draws. Winners will be asked to follow further instructions to claim their prize and will also be sent a confirmation email.
- Do I need to be connected to the internet to enter the promotion?
An internet connection is required to enter the promotion and to claim your prize if you are a £/€50 winner.
- Where can I find the barcode for my pack?
The 13-digit barcode you need to enter the promotion will be the numbers below the black and white barcode on the back of your pack. Click here to see an example.
- How often can I enter and how many times could I win a £/€50?
You can enter max. twice per person, per day during the promotional period. Winners may be asked to provide their promotional pack and receipt for each entry as proof of purchase in order to verify their win. Max. 1x £/€50 prize to be won per person & per household through the promotional period.
- Do I have to purchase a KitKat® product to enter?
Unless you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you must purchase a promotional KitKat® pack to enter the promotion. Once you have purchased a pack, visit www.kitkat.co.uk to enter.
- I'm a resident of Northern Ireland, how do I enter?
If you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you have the option to enter via our no purchase necessary route by sending your name, age, full postal address and email address to: KitKat® Break from Bills Promotion NPN, Consumer Services, Nestlé UK Ltd, Haxby Road, York, YO91 1XY. Once the request has been verified, a promotional code will be provided via email, which can then be entered on the microsite in order to enter one of the hourly prize draws for a chance to win the £/€50. In addition, your NPN entry will be entered into the promotion with the same opportunity of winning the lucky bars as the purchase necessary route. NPN Winners ONLY will be subsequently contacted by email in the first instance with details of how to claim the prize. A Winner must respond to the notification e-mail within 14 days to claim their prize. Only one entry per stamped, correctly mailed envelope. A maximum of 2 entries per person, per day. No Purchase Necessary applications must be received by the Promoter no later than 19.03.21 to ensure that requests can be processed before the end of the core promotion.
- I sent in a postal entry from Northern Ireland, but I haven’t received a response. What should I do?

- How old do I have to be to enter?
You must be 18 years or older to enter this promotion.
- How are winners notified?
If you are a winner in the core promotional period, we will contact you the next working day via email, to confirm the claim process. Please note, if you enter on a weekend, this will be on the following Monday. There will be a request for further information such as promotional pack or receipt as well as bank account or address details needed to fulfil your prize.
- How long do I have to claim my £/€50 Prize?
Winners will be sent a confirmation email requesting their preferred payment method: BACS bank transfer or cheque. Winners will have 14 days from receiving their win email to enter either the required bank account information or address. After this period, prizes will be forfeited.
- Do I need to keep hold of my promotional wrapper?
You should retain your winning pack and receipt as you may need this to verify a claim.
- What details will I need to enter?
To enter the promotion, you need to provide your full name, 13-digit bar code, country and county of residence and valid genuine and contactable email address. If you are a winner, we will require your bank details or full delivery address to fulfil your prize.
- How will I receive my prize?
After your win has been verified, you will be requested to fill out your Account Name, Bank, Account Number, Sort Code and IBAN Number for ROI winners within 14 days of receiving your win confirmation. If you would prefer your prize in the form of a cheque, you will be asked to provide your full address details including post code. - I've won a £/€50 prize, but still haven't received it. What should I do?
If you have completed the claims process by entering your bank account details and reaching the confirmation page, then please allow 28 days for the money to arrive in your account before contacting customer services. If you are unsure, return to your original congratulations email and follow the link to the claims page, you will be notified if you have completed the process. If you have chosen to receive your prize via cheque, please allow 28 days for the cheque to arrive. If after this time you have not received your prize, please contact Nestlé Consumer Services team either by email at: consumer.services@UK.nestle.com or by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI). Please note, it is the responsibility of the winner to cash the prize and the promoter will not issue any replacement cheques.
- I am not in the UK. Can I still enter?
Only residents of the UK, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands can enter the promotion.

- I have found a lucky bar, what do I do now?
Congratulations! Please follow the claim details printed on the winning insert inside your winning promotional pack. Please keep hold of your winning pack and winning insert as these will be used to verify your win. You will not be able to complete your claim without this but don't worry, you can still eat your KitKat®! - How do I win the £/€10,000 prize?
Find a lucky bar with a winning message shown on the bar alongside a winning insert to claim and you will be on your way to winning £/€10,000!
- How long do I have to claim my prize?
If you have found a lucky bar, you have until 14.01.22 to follow the instructions inside the winning wrapper to claim your prize winnings. Any claims attempted after this date will be invalid.
- I'm having trouble reading my code, who can I contact?
Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for promotional codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your promotional code due to a genuine printing error, you should contact Nestlé Consumer Services either by email at: consumer.services@UK.nestle.com or by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI) and a replacement code will be sent to you. Any request for a replacement code must be received by 19.03.21 to ensure that the request can be processed before the final closing date.
- I'm having trouble entering my details / claiming my £/€50 prize, what should I do?
Please make sure you're following all the on-screen directions carefully, and that you're entering all fields marked with an asterisk (*). Any mistakes or errors you make will be prompted online. - The microsite doesn't recognise my barcode or tells me it has already been entered. What should I do?
Firstly, make sure you've entered your 13-digit barcode exactly as it appears on the pack. If you have already entered the promotion twice on that day, please come back tomorrow to enter again. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact the Nestlé Consumer Services team either by email at: consumer.services@UK.nestle.com or by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI).
- My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the promotion, how will I know if I’ve entered successfully?
A valid entry has been made if: 1. You enter a 13-digit barcode on the microsite home page and a confirmation message is displayed on screen confirming that you have entered the prize draw. 2. If you are a winner, you will receive a confirmation email the next working day letting you know that you have won. 3. If you are not a winner, you will not receive another email from us. If your computer or the website crashes during this process, please revisit the website and re-enter the same 13-digit barcode again.
- I haven't received my entry confirmation email; does that mean I've not entered correctly?
We will not send you a confirmation email when you enter the competition, we will only send a win notification email if you are a lucky winner. Firstly, please check your email Spam/Junk folder in case the win notification email has been redirected there. To confirm you have entered successfully, please return to the microsite and enter your 13-digit barcode and personal details again. Upon clicking ‘Submit’, you should be redirected to the ‘Thank you for entering’ page. If an error message is shown indicating that the barcode & email address you have entered has already been redeemed then you have already successfully entered twice that day. Your details will then be entered into our draw, and winners will be contacted the next working day.

If your prize is not already out for delivery or transferred, we may be able to update your details, however this is not guaranteed.
