How long is the promotion running for?

The Sun-believable prizes will run from 00:00am to 11:59pm each day from 03.02.20 to 29.03.20. A late entry draw will be conducted to win 100 Sun-believable Prizes from 30.03.20 until 31.12.20. 100 winners will be selected from any entries during this catch-all period.

If you find a lucky bar in store and WIN a holiday, you have until 14.01.21 to claim your prize.

How do I enter the promotion?

To enter the promotion, purchase a promotional pack of KitKat® (while stocks last), visit www.kitkat.co.uk and follow the directions to the promotional microsite. Enter your full name, email address and the unique 12-character promotional code inside packs to find out instantly online if you're a winner. Winners will be asked to follow further instructions to claim their prize and will also be sent a confirmation email.

Do I need to be connected to the internet to enter the promotion?

An internet connection is required to enter the promotion and to claim your prize if you are a winner.

How often can I enter and how many times could I win a Sun-believable Prize?

You can enter as many times as you want using a new unique promotional code each time, but you can only win max. 5 Sun-believable Prizes per person and max. 5 Sun-believable Prizes per household in total. Each code is unique and can only be used once.

Do I have to purchase a KitKat® product to enter?

Unless you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you must purchase a promotional KitKat® pack to enter the promotion. Once you have purchased a pack, visit www.kitkat.co.uk to enter.

I'm a resident of Northern Ireland, how do I enter?

If you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you have the option to enter via our no purchase necessary route by sending your name, age, full postal address and email address to: KitKat® WIN Make a Break For It 2020 Promotion NPN, Consumer Services, Nestlé UK Ltd, Haxby Road, York, YO91 1XY. Once the request has been verified, a promotional code will be provided via email, which can then be entered on the microsite in order to enter the Sun-believable Prizes element of the promotion. In addition, your NPN entry will be entered into the promotion with the same opportunity of winning the Lucky Holiday Bars as the purchase necessary route. NPN Winners ONLY will be subsequently contacted by e-mail in the first instance with details of how to claim the Prize. A Winner must respond to the notification e-mail within 14 days to claim his or her prize. Only one entry per stamped, correctly mailed envelope. A maximum of 3 entries per person per day. No Purchase Necessary applications must be received by the Promoter no later than 20.03.20 to ensure that requests can be processed before the final closing date.

How old do I have to be to enter?

You must be 18 years or older to enter this promotion.

How are winners notified?

If you are a winner, you will be notified online immediately on screen after entering your unique code and information. You will also receive a confirmation email.

Do I need to keep hold of my promotional wrapper?

If you are a Lucky Holiday Bar Winner, you will need to retain your winning pack with the unique promotional code and winning ticket in order to complete the mandatory verification process.

What details will I need to enter?

To enter the promotion, you need to enter your full name, unique code, county, country and a valid genuine and contactable email address. If you are a winner, we will require your full delivery address including post code.

I am not in the UK. Can I still enter?

Only residents of the UK, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands can enter the promotion.

Sun-believable Prizes

What Prizes are available to win?

There are 5,700 Sun-believable Prizes to be won throughout the promotional period (100 per day for 56 days of the promotional period) with an additional 100 Sun-believable Prizes to be won in the late entry draw. The prize consists of 1x Sun-believable Prizes. There are 4 different Sun-believable Prizes to be won and these will be automatically allocated to each winner upon winner reveal, and a choice of 4 'holiday personality' designs is given to the winner to choose from.

Can I choose my Sun-believable Prize?

If you have won, you will automatically be allocated a Sun-believable Prize at random. If you would like to win more than one Sun-believable Prize at random, you can enter as many unique codes as you wish. You can win max. 5 Sun-believable Prizes per person and max. 5 Sun-believable Prizes per household. You can, however, choose the design of your Sun-believable Prize from a choice of 4 'holiday personality' designs.

How long do I have to claim my Sun-believable Prize?

You can either immediately enter your address to claim your Sun-believable Prize after you have won, otherwise you can use the link in the email sent to your specified email address to return to the claims process. You have 14 days from the time you receive your email confirming that you are a winner to fully claim your prize which includes entering your full postal details and clicking submit. After this period, prizes will be forfeited and re-entered into the prize pool for the core promotion.

I want to collect all Sun-believable Prize designs, but I can only win 5 times?

There are only a limited number of each Sun-believable Prize available, and we want to make sure as many people as possible can have a chance of winning. In the interest of fairness, we have had to limit the number of Sun-believable Prizes available to be won per person.

How will I receive my prize?

Your Sun-believable Prize will be posted to your address, and we aim to deliver within 28 days of your claim date. I want a certain holiday personality design, but it says there are none left. Will there be more?

There are only a limited number of each holiday personality design available. To ensure you're not disappointed, ensure that you choose your preferred design as soon as you find out you're a winner before it has run out.

I've won a Sun-believable Prize, but still haven't received my prize. What should I do?

If you have completed the claims process by entering your delivery details and reaching the confirmation page, then please allow 28 days for delivery before contacting customer services. If you are unsure, return to your original congratulations email and follow the link to the claims page, you will be notified if you have completed the process. How do I win a Virgin Holidays holiday voucher?

Find a lucky bar with a holiday destination shown on the bar and a winning insert inside, then follow the steps on the winning insert to claim and you will be on your way to winning 1 of 10 Virgin Holidays vouchers worth £8,000!

Are there any date restrictions for booking a holiday using the voucher?

The £8,000 holiday voucher can be used against any holiday to each of the destinations listed above and adhering to the full terms and conditions. However, please note that certain dates around school holidays, Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays may mean there is an increase in prices around this time due to increased demand.

How long do I have to claim my holiday prize?

If you have found a lucky bar and have a holiday to claim, you have until 14.01.21 to follow the instructions inside the winning wrapper to claim your holiday voucher prize. Any claims attempted after this date will be invalid. All holiday bookings must be made by 31.12.21.

Do I have to pay a booking fee when I book my holiday?

You will not have to pay a booking fee if you make a booking online, but you will have to when booking in a retail store or through the Virgin Holidays Contact Centre.

Virgin Holidays Discount

What can my single use 5% Virgin Holidays discount code be redeemed against?

The voucher can be redeemed against any full-price package holiday booked via the Virgin Holidays website, through the Contact Centre or in participating Virgin Holidays retail stores.

How do I receive my single use 5% Virgin Holidays discount code?

After entering the promotion, the 5% discount code will be displayed on-screen. An email will also be sent detailing the voucher code.

How do I use my single use 5% Virgin Holidays discount code?

To use the 5% unique discount code online, you should: visit virginholidays.co.uk and then enter your 5% unique discount code on the payment page in the 'promo code' box. If using in store, please present the unique code before payment. You can also use your 5% Virgin Holidays by phone by phoning the Virgin Holidays Customer Contact Centre on 0344 739 9461.

How long do I have to claim my single use 5% Virgin Holidays discount code?

The single use 5% Virgin Holidays discount code is valid until 31.12.20. Any attempt to use the discount after this date will not be valid, and the discount will not be applied to your basket.

I can see from the confirmation of the entry page that my single use 5% Virgin Holidays discount code has been sent to the wrong address - what should I do?

Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for promotional codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. Any request for a replacement code must be received by 22.03.20 to ensure that the request can be processed before the final closing date.

The microsite doesn't recognise my code or tells me it has already been entered. What should I do?

Firstly, make sure you've entered your code exactly as it appears on the pack. If you've previously entered this code, you will be unable to enter again using the same code. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact the Nestlé Consumer Services team either by email at: consumer.services@uk.nestle.com or by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI).

My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the promotion, how will I know if I've entered successfully?

A valid entry has been made if:

  1. You enter a unique code on the microsite home page and a confirmation message is displayed on screen saying whether or not you are a winner.
  2. If you are a winner, you will also receive a confirmation email letting you know that you have won.
  3. If you are not a winner, you will receive an email containing your 5% Virgin Holidays discount code.

If your computer or the website crashes during this process, please revisit the website and re-enter the same code again. If the code you entered was a winning code, the website will remember your previous entry and will confirm your win for you. If you were not a winner the first time, then you will get an error message saying that the code has already been used. This will indicate that you were not a winner with the code, or that you are not using the same email address that was originally used to redeem the code.

I haven't received my win notification email; does that mean I've not won?

Firstly, please check your email Spam/Junk folder in case the win notification email has inadvertently been filed there. Please note that only winners will receive a confirmation email. If you definitely haven't received the confirmation email, please return to the microsite and enter your code and personal details again. Upon clicking 'Submit', if an error message is shown indicating that the code you have entered has already been redeemed then you have already successfully entered, and you have not won. This would explain why you didn't receive a confirmation email. If your code was a winning code, then entering it will take you back to the claim process and you can complete claim if this hasn't been done yet.

Can I cancel my prize once I've claimed?

Once you have confirmed your address details and your Sun-believable Prize is on its way, you will not be able to cancel the delivery.
