Residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland), Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands only.

No. Entries are only valid for residents of the eligible regions, regardless of where the product was purchased.

There is a maximum of one entry per person per day which applies across the entire promotion, including late entry periods. There is a maximum of 1 prize type per person and a maximum of 1 prize per household.

The barcode is printed on the back or base of your product participating in the promotion. You only need the last 4 digits. Please refer to the Full T&Cs at https://www.kitkat.co.uk/f1/terms for the complete list of participating products.

Yes. Both your participating product pack and itemised receipt must be retained, as they will be required for verification if you win.

A valid receipt must be itemised and clearly show the retailer name, date of purchase, and the participating KitKat® product.

If you are unable to provide the original participating product pack and itemised receipt when requested, your entry may be disqualified and the prize forfeited.

Firstly, make sure you’ve entered the last 4 digits of your barcode exactly as it appears on the pack. You can enter a maximum of once per day. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact the Nestlé Consumer Services team either by email at: consumer.services@UK.nestle.com or by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI).
 

• If your computer or the website crashes during this process, please revisit the website and re-enter the same last 4 digits of the barcode again.
• If your entry was successful and you are a winner, you will receive an email confirming next step instructions within 2 working days of the relevant draw closing.
• If you are not a winner, you will not receive an email from us.
• If you have entered after 23:59 26.04.2026 then you will be entered into one of the late entry draws and will receive a message on screen confirming you have been entered into a late entry draw.

Unfortunately, entries cannot be amended once submitted.

Entries containing false, incomplete or misleading information may be disqualified at any stage of the promotion.

Weekly, and main prize winners are selected via an independently verified random prize draw process.
Late entry prizes are selected via separate late entry draws.

Winners will be notified by email within 2 working days of the relevant draw.

• Monaco prize: 7 days

Failure to respond in time may result in the prize being forfeited and awarded to a reserve winner.

If a winner does not respond within the required timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to a reserve winner selected via the same random draw process.

• Silverstone tickets: Digital tickets sent by email + travel allowance paid by bank transfer.
• Monaco prize: A dedicated fulfilment manager will arrange travel, accommodation and ticket collection.
• Merchandise bundles: Delivered to the verified winner’s address that is provided during the claim process.

Yes. Tickets are valid only for the dates and sessions specified by the event organiser and cannot be changed.

Yes. Winners and guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas and any required travel documentation. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.

The travel allowance is intended to contribute towards travel and accommodation costs. Any additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

Yes, provided your guest meets the event’s age and entry requirements.

No. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

There are two late entry periods, Late Entry Draw 1 which runs 00:00 on 27.04.26 to 23:59 on 01.08.26 and Late Entry Draw 2 which runs 00:00 on 02.08.26 to 23:59 on 01.02.27. Entries into the relevant draw will be in for a chance to win one (1) of two (2) KitKat® x F1 merchandise bundle. There are two (2) KitKat® x F1 merchandise available for each Late Entry period .

Your details will be used only to administer the promotion and fulfil prizes, unless you opt in to receive marketing communications.

Winners’ surnames and counties may be made available upon request, in line with regulatory requirements.

Nestlé reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
