Step 1: Take out a notepad and pen and write down everything you’re grateful for, no matter how big or small (use the visual prompt to help).

Step 2: Read your list back when you’ve finished and keep it as a reminder to refer back to.

Step 3: Practice this exercise at least once a week to start reframing how you think.

 

Top Tip! Pop a weekly reminder in your diary so that you don’t forget to do some positive thinking.
